⁶ Tu placeras l'autel devant le voile qui cache l'arche du témoignage et le propitiatoire qui est sur le témoignage, là où je me rencontrerai avec toi. ⁷ Et Aaron y fera fumer l'encens : chaque matin, quand il arrangera les lampes, il fera cet encensement ; ⁸ et dans la soirée, quand Aaron mettra les lampes en place, il le fera encore. C'est un encensement perpétuel que vous ferez devant l'Eternel de génération en génération.

⁶ And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee. ⁷ And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it. ⁸ And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.

   ⁷ Et adolebit incensum super eo Aaron, suave fragrans, mane. Quando componet lucernas, incendet illud :
   ⁸ et quando collocabit eas ad vesperum, uret thymiama sempiternum coram Domino in generationes vestras.
