   ¹⁰ ne crains point, car je suis avec toi ; ne sois pas inquiet, car moi je suis ton Dieu. Je te fortifierai ; oui, je t'aiderai ; oui, je te soutiendrai par la droite de ma justice. ¹¹ Voici, tous ceux qui s'irritent contre toi, seront honteux et confondus ; ils seront comme un rien, et les hommes qui contestent contre toi périront. ¹² Tu les chercheras, et tu ne les trouveras pas, les hommes qui ont querelle avec toi ; ils seront comme un rien et comme néant, les hommes qui te font la guerre. ¹³ Car moi, l'Éternel, ton Dieu, je tiens ta droite, [moi] qui te dis : Ne crains point, moi je t'aiderai. ¹⁴ Ne crains point, toi Jacob, vermisseau ! [et vous], hommes d'Israël ! Moi je t'aiderai, dit l'Éternel, et ton rédempteur, le Saint d'Israël. ¹⁵ Voici, j'ai fait de toi un traîneau à battre, tranchant, neuf, à doubles dents : tu battras les montagnes et tu les réduiras en poussière, et tu rendras les collines comme de la balle ; ¹⁶ tu les vanneras, et le vent les emportera, et le tourbillon les dispersera ; et toi, tu t'égayeras en l'Éternel, tu te glorifieras dans le Saint d'Israël.

   ¹⁰ Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. ¹¹ Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. ¹² Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. ¹³ For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. ¹⁴ Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. ¹⁵ Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. ¹⁶ Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

   ¹⁰ Ne crains rien, car je suis avec toi ; Ne promène pas des regards inquiets, car je suis ton Dieu ; Je te fortifie, je viens à ton secours, Je te soutiens de ma droite triomphante. ¹¹ Voici, ils seront confondus, ils seront couverts de honte, Tous ceux qui sont irrités contre toi ; Ils seront réduits à rien, ils périront, Ceux qui disputent contre toi. ¹² Tu les chercheras, et ne les trouveras plus, Ceux qui te suscitaient querelle ; Ils seront réduits à rien, réduits au néant, Ceux qui te faisaient la guerre. ¹³ Car je suis l'Éternel, ton Dieu, Qui fortifie ta droite, Qui te dis: Ne crains rien, Je viens à ton secours. ¹⁴ Ne crains rien, vermisseau de Jacob, Faible reste d'Israël ; Je viens à ton secours, dit l'Éternel, Et le Saint d'Israël est ton sauveur. ¹⁵ Voici, je fais de toi un traîneau aigu, tout neuf, Garni de pointes ; Tu écraseras, tu broieras les montagnes, Et tu rendras les collines semblables à de la balle. ¹⁶ Tu les vanneras, et le vent les emportera, Et un tourbillon les dispersera. omnes qui pugnant adversum te ;
erunt quasi non sint, et peribunt
viri qui contradicunt tibi.
   ¹² Quæres eos, et non invenies,
viros rebelles tuos ;
erunt quasi non sint, et veluti consumptio
homines bellantes adversum te.
   ¹³ Quia ego Dominus Deus tuus,
apprehendens manum tuam,
dicensque tibi : Ne timeas :
ego adjuvi te.
   ¹⁴ Noli timere, vermis Jacob,

ego auxiliatus sum tibi, dicit Dominus,
