Jr 29:8-14 (Darby)

   ⁸ Car ainsi dit l'Éternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël : Que vos prophètes qui sont au milieu de vous, et vos devins, ne vous séduisent point, et n'écoutez pas vos songes que vous vous plaisez à songer* ; ⁹ car c'est avec mensonge qu'ils vous prophétisent en mon nom ; je ne les ai pas envoyés, dit l'Éternel. ¹⁰ Car ainsi dit l'Éternel : Lorsque soixante-dix ans seront accomplis pour Babylone, je vous visiterai, et j'accomplirai envers vous ma bonne parole, pour vous faire revenir en ce lieu. ¹¹ Car moi je connais les pensées que je pense à votre égard, dit l'Éternel, pensées de paix et non de mal, pour vous donner un avenir et une espérance. ¹² Et vous m'invoquerez, et vous irez, et me supplierez, et je vous écouterai ; ¹³ et vous me chercherez, et vous me trouverez, car vous me rechercherez de tout votre cœur, ¹⁴ et je me ferai trouver à vous, dit l'Éternel ; et je rétablirai vos captifs*, et je vous rassemblerai d'entre toutes les nations et de tous les lieux ou je vous aurai chassés, dit l'Éternel, et je vous ferai retourner au lieu d'où je vous ai transportés.

   ⁸ For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. ⁹ For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD. ¹⁰ For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. ¹¹ For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. ¹² Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. ¹³ And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. ¹⁴ And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

   ⁸ Hæc enim dicit Dominus exercituum, Deus Israël : Non vos seducant prophetæ vestri qui sunt in medio vestrum, et divini vestri, et ne attendatis ad somnia vestra quæ vos somniatis :
   ⁹ quia falso ipsi prophetant vobis in nomine meo, et non misi eos, dicit Dominus.
   ¹⁰ Quia hæc dicit Dominus : Cum cœperint impleri in Babylone septuaginta anni, visitabo vos, et suscitabo super vos verbum meum bonum, ut reducam vos ad locum istum.
   ¹¹ Ego enim scio cogitationes quas ego cogito super vos, ait Dominus, cogitationes pacis et non afflictionis, ut dem vobis finem et patientiam.
   ¹² Et invocabitis me, et ibitis : et orabitis me, et ego exaudiam vos.
   ¹³ Quæretis me, et invenietis, cum quæsieritis me in toto corde vestro.
   ¹⁴ Et inveniar a vobis, ait Dominus : et reducam captivitatem vestram, et congregabo vos de universis gentibus et de cunctis locis ad quæ expuli vos, dicit Dominus, et reverti vos faciam de loco ad quem transmigrare vos feci.
