   ¹ Et Bildad, le Shukhite, répondit et dit : ² Jusques à quand tendrez-vous des pièges avec* vos paroles ? Soyez intelligents, et puis nous parlerons. ³ Pourquoi sommes-nous considérés comme des bêtes, et sommes-nous stupides* à vos yeux ? ⁴ Toi qui déchires ton âme dans ta colère, la terre sera-t-elle abandonnée à cause de toi, et le rocher sera-t-il transporté de sa place ?

   ¹ Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said, ² How long will it be ere ye make an end of words? mark, and afterwards we will speak. ³ Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight? ⁴ He teareth himself in his anger: shall the earth be forsaken for thee? and shall the rock be removed out of his place?
