Ps 20:1-5 (King James)

   ¹ The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; ² Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; ³ Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. ⁴ Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. ⁵ We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.

   ¹ Au maître-chantre. Psaume de David. ² Que l'Éternel te réponde au jour de la détresse; que le nom du Dieu de Jacob te mette en une haute retraite! ³ Qu'il t'envoie son secours du saint lieu, et qu'il te soutienne de Sion! ⁴ Qu'il se souvienne de toutes tes offrandes et qu'il ait pour agréable ton holocauste! Sélah (pause). ⁵ Qu'il t'accorde le désir de ton coeur, et qu'il accomplisse tous tes desseins!
