⁵ Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency?
⁶ For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.

⁵ Samarie, ton veau t'a chassée loin ; ma colère s'est embrasée contre eux ; jusqu'à quand ne pourront-ils point [s'adonner] à l'innocence ?
⁶ Car il est aussi d'Israël, l'orfèvre l'a fait, et il n'est point Dieu ; c'est pourquoi le veau de Samarie sera mis en pièces.
