¹³ Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. ¹⁴ Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. ¹⁵ Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.

¹³ En attendant que je vienne, applique-toi à lire les Ecritures dans l'assemblée, à encourager, à enseigner. ¹⁴ Ne néglige pas le don que tu as reçu, celui qui t'a été donné d'après une prophétie lorsque le conseil des anciens a posé les mains sur toi. ¹⁵ Occupe-toi de ces choses, donne-toi tout entier à elles, afin que tes progrès soient évidents pour tous.
