BAN ⁸ Au cinquième mois, le septième jour du mois, c'était la dix-neuvième année du roi Nébucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, Nébuzaradan, prévôt des bouchers, serviteur du roi de Babylone, vint à Jérusalem,

KJV ⁸ And in the fifth month, on the seventh day of the month, which is the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem:

BAN ⁹ et il brûla la maison de l'Eternel et la maison du roi ; il brûla toutes les maisons de Jérusalem, toutes les maisons des grands.

KJV ⁹ And he burnt the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great man's house burnt he with fire.

BAN ¹⁰ Et toutes les troupes chaldéennes qui accompagnaient le prévôt des bouchers, démolirent les murailles de Jérusalem à l'entour.

KJV ¹⁰ And all the army of the Chaldees, that were with the captain of the guard, brake down the walls of Jerusalem round about.

BAN ¹¹ Et le reste des gens qui étaient demeurés dans la ville et les déserteurs qui avaient passé au roi de Babylone et le reste de la multitude, furent emmenés captifs par Nébuzaradan, prévôt des bouchers.

KJV ¹¹ Now the rest of the people that were left in the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon, with the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carry away.

BAN ¹² Et une partie des pauvres gens du pays fut laissée par le prévôt des bouchers pour être vignerons et laboureurs.

KJV ¹² But the captain of the guard left of the door of the poor of the land to be vinedressers and husbandmen.

BAN ¹³ Et les colonnes d'airain qui faisaient partie de la maison de l'Eternel, et les supports et la mer d'airain qui étaient dans la maison de l'Eternel, les Chaldéens les brisèrent et ils emportèrent l'airain à Babylone.

KJV ¹³ And the pillars of brass that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brasen sea that was in the house of the LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon.

BAN ¹⁴ Les chaudières, les pelles, les couteaux, les cuillers et tous les ustensiles d'airain employés pour le culte, ils les prirent.

KJV ¹⁴ And the pots, and the shovels, and the snuffers, and the spoons, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, took they away.

BAN ¹⁵ Et les brasiers et les coupes, qui étaient d'or et d'argent massif, le prévôt des bouchers les prit aussi.

KJV ¹⁵ And the firepans, and the bowls, and such things as were of gold, in gold, and of silver, in silver, the captain of the guard took away.

BAN ¹⁶ Quant aux deux colonnes, à la mer et aux supports qu'avait faits Salomon pour la maison de l'Eternel, on ne pesa pas l'airain de tous ces objets-là.

KJV ¹⁶ The two pillars, one sea, and the bases which Solomon had made for the house of the LORD; the brass of all these vessels was without weight.

BAN ¹⁷ La hauteur de chaque colonne était de dix-huit coudées ; et les chapiteaux qui étaient dessus étaient d'airain, et la hauteur du chapiteau était de trois coudées ; tout autour, sur les chapiteaux, il y avait un treillis et des grenades, le tout d'airain. La seconde colonne était pareille, au-dessus du treillis.

KJV ¹⁷ The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and the chapiter upon it was brass: and the height of the chapiter three cubits; and the wreathen work, and pomegranates upon the chapiter round about, all of brass: and like unto these had the second pillar with wreathen work.

BAN ¹⁸ Le prévôt des bouchers prit Séraïa, le souverain sacrificateur, et Sophonie, sacrificateur en second, et les trois gardiens du seuil ;

KJV ¹⁸ And the captain of the guard took Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three keepers of the door:

BAN ¹⁹ et de la ville il prit un eunuque qui était préposé sur les gens de guerre, cinq hommes d'entre ceux qui voyaient la face du roi, qui furent trouvés dans la ville, le secrétaire du chef de l'armée chargé d'enrôler les gens de la campagne, et soixante hommes du peuple de la campagne, qui se trouvaient dans la ville.

KJV ¹⁹ And out of the city he took an officer that was set over the men of war, and five men of them that were in the king's presence, which were found in the city, and the principal scribe of the host, which mustered the people of the land, and threescore men of the people of the land that were found in the city:

BAN ²⁰ Nébuzaradan, prévôt des bouchers, les prit donc et les envoya au roi de Babylone, à Ribla.

KJV ²⁰ And Nebuzaradan captain of the guard took these, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah:

BAN ²¹ Le roi de Babylone les frappa et les fit mourir à Ribla, dans le pays de Hamath. Et Juda fut transporté loin de sa patrie.

KJV ²¹ And the king of Babylon smote them, and slew them at Riblah in the land of Hamath. So Judah was carried away out of their land.
