BCC ⁶ afin que l'on sache ; du levant au couchant, qu'il n'y a rien en dehors de moi ! Je suis Yahweh, et il n'y en a point d'autre ;

KJV ⁶ That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

BCC ⁷ je forme la lumière et crée les ténèbres, je fais la paix et je crée le malheur : c'est moi Yahweh qui fais tout cela.

KJV ⁷ I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

BCC ⁸ Cieux, répandez d'en haut votre rosée, et que les nuées fassent pleuvoir la justice ! Que la terre s'ouvre et produise le salut, qu'elle fasse germer la justice en même temps ! Moi ! Yahweh, je crée ces choses.

BCC ⁹ Malheur à qui conteste avec celui qui l'a formé, vase parmi des vases de terre ! L'argile dira-t-elle à celui qui la façonne : "Que fais-tu ?" Ton oeuvre dira-t-elle : "Il n'a pas de mains ?"

KJV ⁹ Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
