¹⁴ Alors la colère de l'Eternel s'enflamma contre Moïse et il dit : Et Aaron, ton frère, le Lévite ? Ne sais-je pas qu'il parle très bien, lui ? Et même, il va venir à ta rencontre ; il te verra et se réjouira dans son coeur. ¹⁵ Et tu lui parleras et tu mettras dans sa bouche ce qu'il devra dire, et moi je serai avec ta bouche et avec sa bouche, et je vous montrerai ce que vous aurez à faire. ¹⁶ Et c'est lui qui parlera pour toi au peuple ; il te servira de bouche et tu lui seras dieu.

Je sais qu'il parlera très bien ; et aussi le voici qui sort à ta rencontre, et quand il te verra, il se réjouira dans son cœur. ¹⁵ Et tu lui parleras, et tu mettras les paroles dans sa bouche ; et moi, je serai avec ta bouche et avec sa bouche, et je vous enseignerai ce que vous ferez ; ¹⁶ et il parlera pour toi au peuple, et il arrivera qu'il te sera en la place de bouche, et toi, tu lui seras en la place de Dieu.

¹⁴ And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. ¹⁵ And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. ¹⁶ And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.
