14 Ce sont ici leurs patriarches :Fils de Ruben, premier-né d'Israël : Hénoc et Pallu, Hetsron et Carmi. Telles sont les branches de la tribu de Ruben. 15 Fils de Siméon : Jémuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jakin, Tsohar et Saül, fils de la Cananéenne. Telles sont les branches de la tribu de Siméon. 16 Et ce sont ici les noms des fils de Lévi, avec leurs postérités : Guersom, Kéhath et Mérari. Et la vie de Lévi fut de cent trente-sept ans.

14 These be the heads of their fathers' houses: The sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel; Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi: these be the families of Reuben. 15 And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman: these are the families of Simeon. 16 And these are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari: and the years of the life of Levi were an hundred thirty and seven years.Ex 6:14-16 (Codex W.
