BCC ¹ La parole de Yahweh me fut adressée en ces termes :

KJV ¹ Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

WLC ¹ וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־ יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃

BCC ² Fils de l'homme, fais connaître à Jérusalem ses abominations et dis :

KJV ² Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,

WLC ² בֶּן־ אָדָ֕ם הוֹדַ֥ע אֶת־ יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם אֶת־ תּוֹעֲבֹתֶֽיהָ׃

BCC ³ Ainsi parle le Seigneur Yahweh, à Jérusalem : Par ton origine et ta naissance, tu es de la terre du Chananéen ; ton père était l'Amorrhéen et ta mère une Héthéenne.

KJV ³ And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.

WLC ³ וְאָמַרְתָּ֞ כֹּה־ אָמַ֨ר אֲדֹנָ֤י יְהוִה֙ לִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם מְכֹרֹתַ֙יִךְ֙ וּמֹ֣לְדֹתַ֔יִךְ מֵאֶ֖רֶץ הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֑י אָבִ֥יךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֖י וְאִמֵּ֥ךְ חִתִּֽית׃

BCC ⁴ Quant à ta naissance, le jour où tu naquis, ton cordon n'a pas été coupé, et tu n'as pas été baignée dans l'eau pour être purifiée ; tu n'as pas été frottée de sel, ni enveloppée de langes.

KJV ⁴ And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all.

WLC ⁴ וּמוֹלְדוֹתַ֗יִךְ בְּי֨וֹם הוּלֶּ֤דֶת אֹתָךְ֙ לֹֽא־ כָרַּ֣ת שָׁרֵּ֔ךְ וּבְמַ֥יִם לֹֽא־ רֻחַ֖צְתְּ לְמִשְׁעִ֑י וְהָמְלֵ֙חַ֙ לֹ֣א הֻמְלַ֔חַתְּ וְהָחְתֵּ֖ל לֹ֥א חֻתָּֽלְתְּ׃

BCC ⁵ Aucun oeil n'eut pitié de toi pour te rendre un seul de ces soins, par compassion pour toi ; mais on te jeta, par dégoût de toi, sur la face des champs, le jour de ta naissance.

KJV ⁵ None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

WLC ⁵ לֹא־ חָ֨סָה עָלַ֜יִךְ עַ֗יִן לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת לָ֛ךְ אַחַ֥ת מֵאֵ֖לֶּה לְחֻמְלָ֣ה עָלָ֑יִךְ וַֽתֻּשְׁלְכִ֞י אֶל־ פְּנֵ֤י הַשָּׂדֶה֙ בְּגֹ֣עַל נַפְשֵׁ֔ךְ בְּי֖וֹם הֻלֶּ֥דֶת אֹתָֽךְ׃
