KJV ¹⁰ Then Hananiah the prophet took the yoke from off the prophet Jeremiah's neck, and brake it.

MAR ¹⁰ Alors Hanania le Prophète prit le joug de dessus le cou de Jérémie le Prophète, et le rompit.

WLC ¹⁰ וַיִּקַּ֞ח חֲנַנְיָ֤ה הַנָּבִיא֙ אֶת־ הַמּוֹטָ֔ה מֵעַ֕ל צַוַּ֖אר יִרְמְיָ֣ה הַנָּבִ֑יא וַֽיִּשְׁבְּרֵֽהוּ׃

KJV ¹¹ And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.

MAR ¹¹ Puis Hanania parla en la présence de tout le peuple, en disant : ainsi a dit l'Eternel : entre ci et deux ans accomplis, je romprai ainsi le joug de Nébucadnetsar Roi de Babylone de dessus le cou de toutes les nations. Et Jérémie le Prophète s'en alla son chemin.

WLC ¹¹ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר חֲנַנְיָה֩ לְעֵינֵ֨י כָל־ הָעָ֜ם לֵאמֹ֗ר כֹּה֮ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָה֒ כָּ֣כָה אֶשְׁבֹּ֞ר אֶת־ עֹ֣ל ׀ נְבֻֽכַדְנֶאצַּ֣ר מֶֽלֶךְ־ בָּבֶ֗ל בְּעוֹד֙ שְׁנָתַ֣יִם יָמִ֔ים מֵעַ֕ל צַוַּ֖אר כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִ֑ם וַיֵּ֛לֶךְ יִרְמְיָ֥ה הַנָּבִ֖יא לְדַרְכּֽוֹ׃

KJV ¹² Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the prophet, after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

MAR ¹² Mais la parole de l'Eternel fut adressée à Jérémie, après que Hanania le Prophète eut rompu le joug de dessus le cou de Jérémie le Prophète, en disant :

WLC ¹² וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־ יְהוָ֖ה אֶֽל־ יִרְמְיָ֑ה אַ֠חֲרֵי שְׁב֞וֹר חֲנַנְיָ֤ה הַנָּבִיא֙ אֶת־ הַמּוֹטָ֔ה מֵעַ֗ל צַוַּ֛אר יִרְמְיָ֥ה הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹֽר׃

KJV ¹³ Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.

MAR ¹³ Va, et parle à Hanania, en disant : ainsi a dit l'Eternel : tu as rompu les jougs qui étaient de bois, mais au lieu de ceux-là, fais-en qui soient de fer.

WLC ¹³ הָלוֹךְ֩ וְאָמַרְתָּ֨ אֶל־ חֲנַנְיָ֜ה לֵאמֹ֗ר כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה מוֹטֹ֥ת עֵ֖ץ שָׁבָ֑רְתָּ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ תַחְתֵּיהֶ֖ן מֹט֥וֹת בַּרְזֶֽל׃

KJV ¹⁴ For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

MAR ¹⁴ Car ainsi a dit l'Eternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël : j'ai mis un joug de fer sur le cou de toutes ces nations, afin qu'elles soient asservies à Nébucadnetsar Roi de Babylone, car elles lui seront asservies, et je lui ai aussi donné les bêtes des champs.

WLC ¹⁴ כִּ֣י כֹֽה־ אָמַר֩ יְהוָ֨ה צְבָא֜וֹת אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל עֹ֣ל בַּרְזֶ֡ל נָתַ֜תִּי עַל־ צַוַּ֣אר ׀ כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִ֣ם הָאֵ֗לֶּה לַעֲבֹ֛ד אֶת־ נְבֻכַדְנֶאצַּ֥ר מֶֽלֶךְ־ בָּבֶ֖ל וַעֲבָדֻ֑הוּ וְגַ֛ם אֶת־ חַיַּ֥ת הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה נָתַ֥תִּי לֽוֹ׃

KJV ¹⁵ Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie.

MAR ¹⁵ Puis Jérémie le Prophète dit à Hanania le prophète : écoute maintenant, ô Hanania ! l'Eternel ne t'a point envoyé, mais tu as fait que ce peuple s'est confié au mensonge.

WLC ¹⁵ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יִרְמְיָ֧ה הַנָּבִ֛יא אֶל־ חֲנַנְיָ֥ה הַנָּבִ֖יא שְׁמַֽע־ נָ֣א חֲנַנְיָ֑ה לֹֽא־ שְׁלָחֲךָ֣ יְהוָ֔ה וְאַתָּ֗ה הִבְטַ֛חְתָּ אֶת־ הָעָ֥ם הַזֶּ֖ה עַל־ שָֽׁקֶר׃

KJV ¹⁶ Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD.

MAR ¹⁶ C'est pourquoi ainsi a dit l'Eternel, voici, je te chasserai de dessus la terre, [et] tu mourras cette année ; car tu as parlé de révolte contre l'Eternel.

WLC ¹⁶ לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הִנְנִי֙ מְשַֽׁלֵּֽחֲךָ֔ מֵעַ֖ל פְּנֵ֣י הָאֲדָמָ֑ה הַשָּׁנָה֙ אַתָּ֣ה מֵ֔ת כִּֽי־ סָרָ֥ה דִבַּ֖רְתָּ אֶל־ יְהוָֽה׃

KJV ¹⁷ So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.

MAR ¹⁷ Et Hanania le prophète mourut cette année-là au septième mois.

WLC ¹⁷ וַיָּ֛מָת חֲנַנְיָ֥ה הַנָּבִ֖יא בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה הַהִ֑יא בַּחֹ֖דֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִֽי׃
