Jon 3:1-4 (Darby)

   ¹ Et la parole de l'Éternel [vint] à Jonas une seconde fois, disant : ² Lève-toi, va à Ninive, la grande ville, et crie-lui selon le cri que je te dirai. ³ Et Jonas se leva et s'en alla à Ninive, selon la parole de l'Éternel. Or Ninive était une fort grande ville*, de trois journées de chemin. ⁴ Et Jonas commença à entrer dans la ville, le chemin d'un jour ; et il cria et dit : Encore quarante jours, et Ninive sera renversée.

   ¹ And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying, ² Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. ³ So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey. ⁴ And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.
