KJV ⁶ He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

TR1550 ⁶ ἕλεγεν δὲ ταύτην τὴν παραβολήν συκῆν εἶχέν τις ἐν τῷ ἀμπελῶνι αὐτοῦ πεφυτευμένην καὶ ἦλθεν καρπὸν ζητῶν ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ οὐχ εὗρεν

BCC ⁷ Et il dit au vigneron : "voilà trois ans que je viens chercher des fruits sur ce figuier, et je n'en trouve point ; coupe-le : pourquoi aussi rend-il la terre inutile ?"

KJV ⁷ Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

TR1550 ⁷ εἶπεν δὲ πρὸς τὸν ἀμπελουργόν ἰδού, τρία ἔτη ἔρχομαι ζητῶν καρπὸν ἐν τῇ συκῇ ταύτῃ καὶ οὐχ εὑρίσκω ἔκκοψον αὐτήν ἱνατί καὶ τὴν γῆν καταργεῖ

BCC ⁸ Il lui répondit : "Maître, laissez-le encore cette année, jusqu'à ce que j'aie creusé tout autour et mis du fumier.

KJV ⁸ And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

TR1550 ⁸ ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς λέγει αὐτῷ κύριε ἄφες αὐτὴν καὶ τοῦτο τὸ ἔτος ἕως ὅτου σκάψω περὶ αὐτὴν καὶ βάλω κόπριαν,

BCC ⁹ Et s'il donnait des fruits à la saison prochaine... Sinon, vous le couperez."

KJV ⁹ And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
