KJV ¹ And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

S21 ¹ Jésus leva les yeux et vit les riches qui mettaient leurs offrandes dans le tronc.

KJV ² And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

S21 ² Il vit aussi une pauvre veuve, qui y mettait deux petites pièces.

KJV ³ And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

S21 ³ Alors il dit: «Je vous le dis en vérité, cette pauvre veuve a mis plus que tous les autres,

KJV ⁴ For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

S21 ⁴ car eux tous ont pris de leur superflu pour mettre des offrandes [à Dieu] dans le tronc, mais elle, elle a mis de son nécessaire, tout ce qu'elle avait pour vivre.»
