KJV ¹⁰ And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

MAR ¹⁰ Puis ayant appelé les troupes, il leur dit : écoutez, et comprenez [ceci].

KJV ¹¹ Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

MAR ¹¹ Ce n'est pas ce qui entre dans la bouche qui souille l'homme ; mais ce qui sort de la bouche c'est ce qui souille l'homme.

KJV ¹² Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

MAR ¹² Sur cela les Disciples s'approchant, lui dirent : n'as-tu pas connu que les Pharisiens ont été scandalisés quand ils ont ouï ce discours ?

KJV ¹³ But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

MAR ¹³ Et il répondit, et dit : toute plante que mon Père céleste n'a pas plantée, sera déracinée.

KJV ¹⁴ Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

MAR ¹⁴ Laissez-les, ce sont des aveugles, conducteurs d'aveugles ; si un aveugle conduit un [autre] aveugle, ils tomberont tous deux dans la fosse.

KJV ¹⁵ Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.

MAR ¹⁵ Alors Pierre prenant la parole, lui dit : explique-nous cette similitude.

KJV ¹⁶ And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

MAR ¹⁶ Et Jésus dit : êtes-vous encore, vous aussi, sans intelligence ?

KJV ¹⁷ Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?

MAR ¹⁷ N'entendez-vous pas encore que tout ce qui entre dans la bouche descend dans l'estomac et ensuite est jeté au secret ?

KJV ¹⁸ But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

MAR ¹⁸ Mais les choses qui sortent de la bouche partent du coeur, et ces choses-là souillent l'homme.

KJV ¹⁹ For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

MAR ¹⁹ Car du coeur sortent les mauvaises pensées, les meurtres, les adultères, les fornications, les larcins, les faux témoignages, les médisances.

KJV ²⁰ These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

MAR ²⁰ Ce sont là les choses qui souillent l'homme ; mais de manger sans avoir les mains lavées, cela ne souille point l'homme.
