DRB ² Le royaume des cieux a été fait semblable à un roi qui fit des noces pour son fils,

KJV ² The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,

TR1550 ² ημοιώθη ἡ βασιλεία τῶν οὐρανῶν ἀνθρώπῳ βασιλεῖ ὅστις ἐποίησεν γάμους τῷ υἱῷ αὐτοῦ

DRB ³ et envoya ses esclaves pour convier ceux qui étaient invités aux noces ; et ils ne voulurent pas venir.

KJV ³ And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

TR1550 ³ καὶ ἀπέστειλεν τοὺς δούλους αὐτοῦ καλέσαι τοὺς κεκλημένους εἰς τοὺς γάμους καὶ οὐκ ἤθελον ἐλθεῖν

DRB ⁴ Il envoya encore d'autres esclaves, disant : Dites aux conviés : Voici, j'ai apprêté mon dîner ; mes taureaux et mes bêtes grasses sont tués et tout est prêt : venez aux noces.

KJV ⁴ Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.

TR1550 ⁴ πάλιν ἀπέστειλεν ἄλλους δούλους λέγων εἴπατε τοῖς κεκλημένοις ἰδού τὸ ἄριστόν μου ἡτοίμασα οἱ ταῦροί μου καὶ τὰ σιτιστὰ τεθυμένα καὶ πάντα ἕτοιμα δεῦτε εἰς τοὺς γάμους

DRB ⁵ Mais eux, n'en ayant pas tenu compte, s'en allèrent, l'un à son champ, et un autre à son trafic ;

KJV ⁵ But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:

TR1550 ⁵ οἱ δὲ ἀμελήσαντες ἀπῆλθον ὁ μὲν εἰς τὸν ἴδιον ἀγρόν ὁ δὲ εἰς τὴν ἐμπορίαν αὐτοῦ

DRB ⁶ et les autres, s'étant saisis de ses esclaves, les outragèrent et les tuèrent.

KJV ⁶ And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.

TR1550 ⁶ οἱ δὲ λοιποὶ κρατήσαντες τοὺς δούλους αὐτοῦ ὕβρισαν καὶ ἀπέκτειναν

DRB ⁷ Et le roi, [l'ayant entendu, en] fut irrité ; et ayant envoyé ses troupes, il fit périr ces meurtriers-là et brûla leur ville.

KJV ⁷ But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.

TR1550 ⁷ ἀκούσας δὲ ὁ βασιλεὺς ὠργίσθη καὶ πέμψας τὰ στρατεύματα αὐτοῦ ἀπώλεσεν τοὺς φονεῖς ἐκείνους καὶ τὴν πόλιν αὐτῶν ἐνέπρησεν

DRB ⁸ Alors il dit à ses esclaves : Les noces sont prêtes, mais les conviés n'en étaient pas dignes ;

KJV ⁸ Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.

TR1550 ⁸ τότε λέγει τοῖς δούλοις αὐτοῦ ὁ μὲν γάμος ἕτοιμός ἐστιν οἱ δὲ κεκλημένοι οὐκ ἦσαν ἄξιοι

DRB ⁹ allez donc dans les carrefours des chemins, et autant de gens que vous trouverez, conviez-les aux noces.

KJV ⁹ Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.

TR1550 ⁹ πορεύεσθε οὖν ἐπὶ τὰς διεξόδους τῶν ὁδῶν καὶ ὅσους ἂν εὕρητε καλέσατε εἰς τοὺς γάμους

DRB ¹⁰ Et ces esclaves-là, étant sortis, [s'en allèrent] par les chemins, et assemblèrent tous ceux qu'ils trouvèrent, tant mauvais que bons ; et la [salle] des noces fut remplie de gens qui étaient à table.

KJV ¹⁰ So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

TR1550 ¹⁰ καὶ ἐξελθόντες οἱ δοῦλοι ἐκεῖνοι εἰς τὰς ὁδοὺς συνήγαγον πάντας ὅσους εὗρον πονηρούς τε καὶ ἀγαθούς καὶ ἐπλήσθη ὁ γάμος ἀνακειμένων

DRB ¹¹ Et le roi, étant entré pour voir ceux qui étaient à table, aperçut là un homme qui n'était pas vêtu d'une robe de noces.

KJV ¹¹ And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

TR1550 ¹¹ εἰσελθὼν δὲ ὁ βασιλεὺς θεάσασθαι τοὺς ἀνακειμένους εἶδεν ἐκεῖ ἄνθρωπον οὐκ ἐνδεδυμένον ἔνδυμα γάμου

DRB ¹² Et il lui dit : Ami, comment es-tu entré ici, sans avoir une robe de noces ? Et il eut la bouche fermée.

KJV ¹² And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

TR1550 ¹² καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ ἑταῖρε πῶς εἰσῆλθες ὧδε μὴ ἔχων ἔνδυμα γάμου ὁ δὲ ἐφιμώθη

DRB ¹³ Alors le roi dit aux serviteurs : Liez-le pieds et mains, emportez-le, et jetez-le dans les ténèbres de dehors : là seront les pleurs et les grincements de dents.

KJV ¹³ Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

TR1550 ¹³ τότε εἶπεν ὁ βασιλεὺς τοῖς διακόνοις δήσαντες αὐτοῦ πόδας καὶ χεῖρας ἄρατε αὐτὸν καὶ ἐκβάλετε εἰς τὸ σκότος τὸ ἐξώτερον ἐκεῖ ἔσται ὁ κλαυθμὸς καὶ ὁ βρυγμὸς τῶν ὀδόντων
