³⁷ But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. ³⁸ For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, ³⁹ And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

³⁷ Mais comme il en était aux jours de Noé, il en sera de même à l'avènement du Fils de l'homme; ³⁸ Car de même qu'aux jours d'avant le déluge les hommes mangeaient et buvaient, se mariaient et donnaient en mariage, jusqu'au jour où Noé entra dans l'arche; ³⁹ Et qu'ils ne connurent rien jusqu'à ce que le déluge vint et les emporta tous; il en sera de même à l'avènement du Fils de l'homme.

   ³⁸ sicut enim erant in diebus ante diluvium comedentes et bibentes, nubentes et nuptum tradentes, usque ad eum diem, quo intravit Noë in arcam,
   ³⁹ et non cognoverunt donec venit diluvium, et tulit omnes : ita erit et adventus Filii hominis.
