DRB ⁶ Car l'Éternel donne la sagesse ; de sa bouche [procèdent] la connaissance et l'intelligence :

KJV ⁶ For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

WLC ⁶ כִּֽי־ יְ֭הוָה יִתֵּ֣ן חָכְמָ֑ה מִ֝פִּ֗יו דַּ֣עַת וּתְבוּנָֽה׃

DRB ⁷ il réserve de sains conseils* pour les hommes droits ; il est un bouclier pour ceux qui marchent dans l'intégrité,

KJV ⁷ He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

WLC ⁷ לַ֭יְשָׁרִים תּוּשִׁיָּ֑ה מָ֝גֵ֗ן לְהֹ֣לְכֵי תֹֽם׃

DRB ⁸ protégeant les sentiers de juste jugement et gardant la voie de ses saints*.

KJV ⁸ He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

WLC ⁸ לִ֭נְצֹר אָרְח֣וֹת מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וְדֶ֖רֶךְ יִשְׁמֹֽר׃

DRB ⁹ Alors tu discerneras la justice et le juste jugement et la droiture, toute bonne voie.

KJV ⁹ Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

WLC ⁹ אָ֗ז תָּ֭בִין צֶ֣דֶק וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּ֝מֵישָׁרִ֗ים כָּל־ מַעְגַּל־ טֽוֹב׃

DRB ¹⁰ Si la sagesse entre dans ton cœur et si la connaissance est agréable à ton âme,

KJV ¹⁰ When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul;

WLC ¹⁰ כִּֽי־ תָב֣וֹא חָכְמָ֣ה בְלִבֶּ֑ךָ וְ֝דַ֗עַת לְֽנַפְשְׁךָ֥ יִנְעָֽם׃

DRB ¹¹ la réflexion te préservera, l'intelligence te protégera :

KJV ¹¹ Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:

WLC ¹¹ מְ֭זִמָּה תִּשְׁמֹ֥ר עָלֶ֗יךָ תְּבוּנָ֥ה תִנְצְרֶֽכָּה׃

DRB ¹² Pour te sauver du mauvais chemin, de l'homme qui prononce des choses perverses,

KJV ¹² To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;

WLC ¹² לְ֭הַצִּ֣ילְךָ מִדֶּ֣רֶךְ רָ֑ע מֵ֝אִ֗ישׁ מְדַבֵּ֥ר תַּהְפֻּכֽוֹת׃

DRB ¹³ [de ceux] qui abandonnent les sentiers de la droiture pour marcher dans les voies de ténèbres,

KJV ¹³ Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;

WLC ¹³ הַ֭עֹ֣זְבִים אָרְח֣וֹת יֹ֑שֶׁר לָ֝לֶ֗כֶת בְּדַרְכֵי־ חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃

DRB ¹⁴ qui se réjouissent à mal faire, qui s'égaient en la perversité du mal,

KJV ¹⁴ Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;

WLC ¹⁴ הַ֭שְּׂמֵחִים לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת רָ֑ע יָ֝גִ֗ילוּ בְּֽתַהְפֻּכ֥וֹת רָֽע׃

DRB ¹⁵ dont les sentiers sont tortueux et qui s'égarent dans leurs voies ;

KJV ¹⁵ Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:

WLC ¹⁵ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָרְחֹתֵיהֶ֣ם עִקְּשִׁ֑ים וּ֝נְלוֹזִ֗ים בְּמַעְגְּלוֹתָֽם׃
