KJV ¹ Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?

OST ¹ La sagesse ne crie-t-elle pas, et l'intelligence ne fait-elle pas entendre sa voix?

KJV ² She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.

OST ² Elle se place au sommet des hauteurs, sur le chemin, aux carrefours.

KJV ³ She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.

OST ³ Près des portes, devant la ville, à l'entrée des rues, elle s'écrie:

KJV ⁴ Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.

OST ⁴ O hommes! je vous appelle, et ma voix s'adresse aux enfants des hommes.

KJV ⁵ O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.

OST ⁵ Vous, stupides, apprenez le discernement; vous, insensés, devenez intelligents de coeur.

KJV ⁶ Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.

OST ⁶ Écoutez, car je dirai des choses importantes, et j'ouvrirai mes lèvres pour enseigner ce qui est droit.

KJV ⁷ For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

OST ⁷ Car ma bouche dit la vérité, et mes lèvres ont en horreur le mensonge.

KJV ⁸ All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them.

OST ⁸ Toutes les paroles de ma bouche sont selon la justice; il n'y a rien en elles de faux ni de trompeur.

KJV ⁹ They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.

OST ⁹ Toutes sont claires pour l'homme intelligent, et droites pour ceux qui ont trouvé la science.

KJV ¹⁰ Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.

OST ¹⁰ Recherchez mon instruction, plus que de l'argent; et la science, plus que de l'or choisi.

KJV ¹¹ For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

OST ¹¹ Car la sagesse est meilleure que les perles, et tout ce qu'on pourrait souhaiter ne la vaut pas.
