DRB ³ Et elle s'en alla, et entra, et glana dans un champ après les moissonneurs ; et il se rencontra fortuitement que c'était la portion de champ de Boaz, qui était de la famille d'Élimélec.

KJV ³ And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a part of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of the kindred of Elimelech.

WLC ³ וַתֵּ֤לֶךְ וַתָּבוֹא֙ וַתְּלַקֵּ֣ט בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה אַחֲרֵ֖י הַקֹּצְרִ֑ים וַיִּ֣קֶר מִקְרֶ֔הָ חֶלְקַ֤ת הַשָּׂדֶה֙ לְבֹ֔עַז אֲשֶׁ֖ר מִמִּשְׁפַּ֥חַת אֱלִימֶֽלֶךְ׃

DRB ⁴ Et voici, Boaz vint de Bethléhem ; et il dit aux moissonneurs : L'Éternel soit avec vous ! Et ils lui dirent : L'Éternel te bénisse !

KJV ⁴ And, behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The LORD be with you. And they answered him, The LORD bless thee.

WLC ⁴ וְהִנֵּה־ בֹ֗עַז בָּ֚א מִבֵּ֣ית לֶ֔חֶם וַיֹּ֥אמֶר לַקּוֹצְרִ֖ים יְהוָ֣ה עִמָּכֶ֑ם וַיֹּ֥אמְרוּ ל֖וֹ יְבָרֶכְךָ֥ יְהוָֽה׃

DRB ⁵ Et Boaz dit à son serviteur* qui était établi sur les moissonneurs : À qui est cette jeune femme ?

KJV ⁵ Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?

WLC ⁵ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר בֹּ֙עַז֙ לְנַעֲר֔וֹ הַנִּצָּ֖ב עַל־ הַקּֽוֹצְרִ֑ים לְמִ֖י הַנַּעֲרָ֥ה הַזֹּֽאת׃

DRB ⁶ Et le serviteur qui était établi sur les moissonneurs répondit et dit : C'est la jeune Moabite qui est revenue avec Naomi des champs de Moab ;

KJV ⁶ And the servant that was set over the reapers answered and said, It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with Naomi out of the country of Moab:

WLC ⁶ וַיַּ֗עַן הַנַּ֛עַר הַנִּצָּ֥ב עַל־ הַקּוֹצְרִ֖ים וַיֹּאמַ֑ר נַעֲרָ֤ה מֽוֹאֲבִיָּה֙ הִ֔יא הַשָּׁ֥בָה עִֽם־ נָעֳמִ֖י מִשְּׂדֵ֥ה מוֹאָֽב׃

DRB ⁷ et elle [nous] a dit : Permettez que je glane et que je ramasse entre les gerbes, après les moissonneurs. Et elle est venue, et est demeurée depuis le matin jusqu'à cette heure ; ce qu'elle a été assise dans la maison est peu de chose.

KJV ⁷ And she said, I pray you, let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that she tarried a little in the house.

WLC ⁷ וַתֹּ֗אמֶר אֲלַקֳטָה־ נָּא֙ וְאָסַפְתִּ֣י בָֽעֳמָרִ֔ים אַחֲרֵ֖י הַקּוֹצְרִ֑ים וַתָּב֣וֹא וַֽתַּעֲמ֗וֹד מֵאָ֤ז הַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ וְעַד־ עַ֔תָּה זֶ֛ה שִׁבְתָּ֥הּ הַבַּ֖יִת מְעָֽט׃
