BAN ¹⁸ Et David s'enfuit et échappa, et il se rendit chez Samuel à Rama, et lui raconta tout ce que Saül lui avait fait. Et ils allèrent, lui et Samuel, demeurer à Najoth.

KJV ¹⁸ So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth.

LSG ¹⁸ C'est ainsi que David prit la fuite et qu'il échappa. Il se rendit auprès de Samuel à Rama, et lui raconta tout ce que Saül lui avait fait. Puis il alla avec Samuel demeurer à Najoth.

BAN ¹⁹ Et on le fit savoir à Saül, en disant : David est à Najoth, en Rama.

KJV ¹⁹ And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.

BAN ²⁰ Et Saül envoya des gens pour prendre David ; et ils virent la troupe des prophètes qui prophétisaient, et Samuel se tenait là présidant sur eux ; et l'Esprit de Dieu saisit les envoyés de Saül, et ils prophétisèrent eux aussi.

KJV ²⁰ And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

KJV ²¹ And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.

KJV ²² Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.

LSG ²² Alors Saül alla lui-même à Rama. Arrivé à la grande citerne qui est à Sécou, il demanda: Où sont Samuel et David ? On lui répondit: Ils sont à Najoth, près de Rama.

BAN ²³ Et il se dirigea vers Najoth en Rama, et l'Esprit de Dieu le saisit lui aussi, et continuant son chemin il prophétisait jusqu'à ce qu'il arriva à Najoth en Rama.

KJV ²³ And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.

LSG ²³ Et il se dirigea vers Najoth, près de Rama. L'esprit de Dieu fut aussi sur lui ; et Saül continua son chemin en prophétisant, jusqu'à son arrivée à Najoth, près de Rama.

BAN ²⁴ Et il ôta lui aussi ses vêtements, et il prophétisa, lui aussi, devant Samuel ; et il resta gisant nu à terre tout ce jour-là et toute la nuit. C'est pourquoi l'on dit Saül est-il aussi parmi les prophètes ?

KJV ²⁴ And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

LSG ²⁴ Il ôta ses vêtements, et il prophétisa aussi devant Samuel ; et il se jeta nu par terre tout ce jour-là et toute la nuit. C'est pourquoi l'on dit: Saül est-il aussi parmi les prophètes ?
