KJV ¹² I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.

LSG ¹² J'ai reconnu qu'il n'y a de bonheur pour eux qu'à se réjouir et à se donner du bien-être pendant leur vie ;

WLC ¹² יָדַ֕עְתִּי כִּ֛י אֵ֥ין ט֖וֹב בָּ֑ם כִּ֣י אִם־ לִשְׂמ֔וֹחַ וְלַעֲשׂ֥וֹת ט֖וֹב בְּחַיָּֽיו׃

KJV ¹³ And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.

LSG ¹³ mais que, si un homme mange et boit et jouit du bien-être au milieu de tout son travail, c'est là un don de Dieu.

WLC ¹³ וְגַ֤ם כָּל־ הָאָדָם֙ שֶׁיֹּאכַ֣ל וְשָׁתָ֔ה וְרָאָ֥ה ט֖וֹב בְּכָל־ עֲמָל֑וֹ מַתַּ֥ת אֱלֹהִ֖ים הִֽיא׃

KJV ¹⁴ I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.

LSG ¹⁴ J'ai reconnu que tout ce que Dieu fait durera toujours, qu'il n'y a rien à y ajouter et rien à en retrancher, et que Dieu agit ainsi afin qu'on le craigne.

WLC ¹⁴ יָדַ֗עְתִּי כִּ֠י כָּל־ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יַעֲשֶׂ֤ה הָאֱלֹהִים֙ ה֚וּא יִהְיֶ֣ה לְעוֹלָ֔ם עָלָיו֙ אֵ֣ין לְהוֹסִ֔יף וּמִמֶּ֖נּוּ אֵ֣ין לִגְרֹ֑עַ וְהָאֱלֹהִ֣ים עָשָׂ֔ה שֶׁיִּֽרְא֖וּ מִלְּפָנָֽיו׃

KJV ¹⁵ That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
