DRB ¹⁵ Ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées : Va, entre auprès de cet intendant, auprès de Shebna, qui est [établi] sur la maison :

KJV ¹⁵ Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say,

WLC ¹⁵ כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֛ר אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִ֖ה צְבָא֑וֹת לֶךְ־ בֹּא֙ אֶל־ הַסֹּכֵ֣ן הַזֶּ֔ה עַל־ שֶׁבְנָ֖א אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־ הַבָּֽיִת׃

DRB ¹⁶ Qu'as-tu ici, et qui as-tu ici, que tu te creuses un sépulcre ici, [comme] qui creuse son sépulcre sur la hauteur, et se taille dans le rocher une habitation ?

KJV ¹⁶ What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?

WLC ¹⁶ מַה־ לְּךָ֥ פֹה֙ וּמִ֣י לְךָ֣ פֹ֔ה כִּֽי־ חָצַ֧בְתָּ לְּךָ֛ פֹּ֖ה קָ֑בֶר חֹצְבִ֤י מָרוֹם֙ קִבְר֔וֹ חֹקְקִ֥י בַסֶּ֖לַע מִשְׁכָּ֥ן לֽוֹ׃

DRB ¹⁷ Voici, l'Éternel te jettera loin avec force*, et te couvrira entièrement.

KJV ¹⁷ Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

WLC ¹⁷ הִנֵּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ מְטַלְטֶלְךָ֔ טַלְטֵלָ֖ה גָּ֑בֶר וְעֹטְךָ֖ עָטֹֽה׃

DRB ¹⁸ T'enroulant en pelote, il te roulera comme une boule dans un pays spacieux. Là tu mourras, et là seront les chars de ta gloire, ô opprobre* de la maison de ton Seigneur !

KJV ¹⁸ He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house.

WLC ¹⁸ צָנ֤וֹף יִצְנָפְךָ֙ צְנֵפָ֔ה כַּדּ֕וּר אֶל־ אֶ֖רֶץ רַחֲבַ֣ת יָדָ֑יִם שָׁ֣מָּה תָמ֗וּת וְשָׁ֙מָּה֙ מַרְכְּב֣וֹת כְּבוֹדֶ֔ךָ קְל֖וֹן בֵּ֥ית אֲדֹנֶֽיךָ׃

DRB ¹⁹ Et je te chasserai de ta place, et te renverserai* de ta position.

KJV ¹⁹ And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.

WLC ¹⁹ וַהֲדַפְתִּ֖יךָ מִמַּצָּבֶ֑ךָ וּמִמַּעֲמָֽדְךָ֖ יֶהֶרְסֶֽךָ׃

DRB ²⁰ Et il arrivera, en ce jour-là, que j'appellerai mon serviteur Éliakim, fils de Hilkija ;

KJV ²⁰ And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah:

WLC ²⁰ וְהָיָ֖ה בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא וְקָרָ֣אתִי לְעַבְדִּ֔י לְאֶלְיָקִ֖ים בֶּן־ חִלְקִיָּֽהוּ׃

DRB ²¹ et je le revêtirai de ta tunique, et je le fortifierai avec ta ceinture*, et je mettrai ton intendance en sa main ; et il sera pour père aux habitants de Jérusalem et à la maison de Juda.

KJV ²¹ And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

WLC ²¹ וְהִלְבַּשְׁתִּ֣יו כֻּתָּנְתֶּ֗ךָ וְאַבְנֵֽטְךָ֙ אֲחַזְּקֶ֔נּוּ וּמֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ֖ אֶתֵּ֣ן בְּיָד֑וֹ וְהָיָ֥ה לְאָ֛ב לְיוֹשֵׁ֥ב יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם וּלְבֵ֥ית יְהוּדָֽה׃

DRB ²² Et je mettrai la clef de la maison de David sur son épaule ; et il ouvrira, et personne ne fermera ; et il fermera, et personne n'ouvrira.

KJV ²² And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

WLC ²² וְנָתַתִּ֛י מַפְתֵּ֥חַ בֵּית־ דָּוִ֖ד עַל־ שִׁכְמ֑וֹ וּפָתַח֙ וְאֵ֣ין סֹגֵ֔ר וְסָגַ֖ר וְאֵ֥ין פֹּתֵֽחַ׃

DRB ²³ Et je le fixerai comme un clou dans un lieu sûr, et il sera un trône de gloire pour la maison de son père ;

KJV ²³ And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house.

WLC ²³ וּתְקַעְתִּ֥יו יָתֵ֖ד בְּמָק֣וֹם נֶאֱמָ֑ן וְהָיָ֛ה לְכִסֵּ֥א כָב֖וֹד לְבֵ֥ית אָבִֽיו׃

DRB ²⁴ et on suspendra sur lui toute la gloire de la maison de son père : les descendants et les rejetons, tous les petits vases, tant les coupes que toutes les amphores.

KJV ²⁴ And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father's house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.

WLC ²⁴ וְתָל֨וּ עָלָ֜יו כֹּ֣ל ׀ כְּב֣וֹד בֵּית־ אָבִ֗יו הַצֶּֽאֱצָאִים֙ וְהַצְּפִע֔וֹת כֹּ֖ל כְּלֵ֣י הַקָּטָ֑ן מִכְּלֵי֙ הָֽאַגָּנ֔וֹת וְעַ֖ד כָּל־ כְּלֵ֥י הַנְּבָלִֽים׃

DRB ²⁵ - En ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel des armées, le clou fixé en un lieu sûr sera ôté, et sera brisé et tombera ; et le fardeau qui y est [suspendu] sera coupé*, car l'Éternel a parlé.

KJV ²⁵ In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the LORD hath spoken it.
