KJV ¹¹ And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

S21 ¹¹ Tu le couvriras d'or pur, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et tu lui feras une bordure d'or tout autour.

VULC ¹¹ Et deaurabis eam auro mundissimo intus et foris : faciesque supra, coronam auream per circuitum :

WLC ¹¹ וְצִפִּיתָ֤ אֹתוֹ֙ זָהָ֣ב טָה֔וֹר מִבַּ֥יִת וּמִח֖וּץ תְּצַפֶּ֑נּוּ וְעָשִׂ֧יתָ עָלָ֛יו זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

KJV ¹² And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

S21 ¹² Tu fondras pour lui 4 anneaux en or et tu les mettras à ses 4 coins, 2 d'un côté et 2 de l'autre.

VULC ¹² et quatuor circulos aureos, quos pones per quatuor arcæ angulos : duo circuli sint in latere uno, et duo in altero.

KJV ¹³ And thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.

S21 ¹³ Tu feras des barres en bois d'acacia, que tu couvriras d'or.

VULC ¹³ Facies quoque vectes de lignis setim, et operies eos auro.

WLC ¹³ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ בַדֵּ֖י עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים וְצִפִּיתָ֥ אֹתָ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

KJV ¹⁴ And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

S21 ¹⁴ Tu passeras les barres dans les anneaux sur les côtés du coffre, pour qu'elles servent à son transport.

VULC ¹⁴ Inducesque per circulos qui sunt in arcæ lateribus, ut portetur in eis :

WLC ¹⁴ וְהֵֽבֵאתָ֤ אֶת־ הַבַּדִּים֙ בַּטַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַ֖ל צַלְעֹ֣ת הָאָרֹ֑ן לָשֵׂ֥את אֶת־ הָאָרֹ֖ן בָּהֶֽם׃

KJV ¹⁵ The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

S21 ¹⁵ Les barres resteront dans les anneaux du coffre et n'en seront pas retirées.

VULC ¹⁵ qui semper erunt in circulis, nec umquam extrahentur ab eis.

WLC ¹⁵ בְּטַבְּעֹת֙ הָאָרֹ֔ן יִהְי֖וּ הַבַּדִּ֑ים לֹ֥א יָסֻ֖רוּ מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃

KJV ¹⁶ And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

VULC ¹⁷ Facies et propitiatorium de auro mundissimo : duos cubitos et dimidium tenebit longitudo ejus, et cubitum ac semissem latitudo.

WLC ¹⁷ וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ כַפֹּ֖רֶת זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר אַמָּתַ֤יִם וָחֵ֙צִי֙ אָרְכָּ֔הּ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי רָחְבָּֽהּ׃

KJV ¹⁸ And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.

S21 ¹⁸ Tu feras 2 chérubins en or, en or battu, aux 2 extrémités de ce propitiatoire.

VULC ¹⁸ Duos quoque cherubim aureos et productiles facies, ex utraque parte oraculi.

KJV ¹⁹ And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

S21 ¹⁹ Fais un chérubin à l'une des extrémités et un chérubin à l'autre extrémité. Vous les ferez sortir du propitiatoire à ses deux extrémités.

WLC ¹⁹ וַ֠עֲשֵׂה כְּר֨וּב אֶחָ֤ד מִקָּצָה֙ מִזֶּ֔ה וּכְרוּב־ אֶחָ֥ד מִקָּצָ֖ה מִזֶּ֑ה מִן־ הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת תַּעֲשׂ֥וּ אֶת־ הַכְּרֻבִ֖ים עַל־ שְׁנֵ֥י קְצוֹתָֽיו׃

KJV ²⁰ And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

S21 ²⁰ Les chérubins étendront les ailes par-dessus le propitiatoire, ils le couvriront de leurs ailes et se feront face l'un à l'autre; ils auront le visage tourné vers ce couvercle.

VULC ²⁰ Utrumque latus propitiatorii tegant expandentes alas, et operientes oraculum, respiciantque se mutuo versis vultibus in propitiatorium quo operienda est arca,

WLC ²⁰ וְהָי֣וּ הַכְּרֻבִים֩ פֹּרְשֵׂ֨י כְנָפַ֜יִם לְמַ֗עְלָה סֹכְכִ֤ים בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם֙ עַל־ הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת וּפְנֵיהֶ֖ם אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־ אָחִ֑יו אֶל־ הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת יִהְי֖וּ פְּנֵ֥י הַכְּרֻבִֽים׃

KJV ²¹ And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.

S21 ²¹ Tu mettras le propitiatoire sur le coffre et tu mettras dans cette arche le témoignage que je te donnerai.

VULC ²¹ in qua pones testimonium quod dabo tibi.

WLC ²¹ וְנָתַתָּ֧ אֶת־ הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת עַל־ הָאָרֹ֖ן מִלְמָ֑עְלָה וְאֶל־ הָ֣אָרֹ֔ן תִּתֵּן֙ אֶת־ הָ֣עֵדֻ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶתֵּ֖ן אֵלֶֽיךָ׃

KJV ²² And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

S21 ²² C'est là que je te rencontrerai; du haut du propitiatoire, entre les deux chérubins placés sur l'arche du témoignage, je te donnerai tous mes ordres pour les Israélites.

VULC ²² Inde præcipiam, et loquar ad te supra propitiatorium, ac de medio duorum cherubim, qui erunt super arcam testimonii, cuncta quæ mandabo per te filiis Israël.

WLC ²² וְנוֹעַדְתִּ֣י לְךָ֮ שָׁם֒ וְדִבַּרְתִּ֨י אִתְּךָ֜ מֵעַ֣ל הַכַּפֹּ֗רֶת מִבֵּין֙ שְׁנֵ֣י הַכְּרֻבִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־ אֲרֹ֣ן הָעֵדֻ֑ת אֵ֣ת כָּל־ אֲשֶׁ֧ר אֲצַוֶּ֛ה אוֹתְךָ֖ אֶל־ בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
