OST ¹ Et l'Éternel avait dit à Abram: Va-t'en hors de ton pays, et de ta parenté, et de la maison de ton père, vers le pays que je te montrerai.

BCC ² Je ferai de toi une grande nation, je te bénirai et je rendrai grand ton nom.

KJV ² And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

BCC ⁷ Yahweh apparut à Abram et lui dit : « je donnerai ce pays à ta postérité. » Et Abram bâtit là un autel à Yahweh qui lui était apparu.

KJV ⁷ And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.

OST ⁷ Et l'Éternel apparut à Abram, et lui dit: Je donnerai ce pays à ta postérité! Et il bâtit là un autel à l'Éternel, qui lui était apparu.

BCC ⁸ Il passa de là à la montagne, à l'orient de Béthel, et il dressa sa tente, ayant Béthel au couchant et Haï à l'orient. Là encore il bâtit un autel à Yahweh, et il invoqua le nom de Yahweh.

KJV ⁸ And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto the LORD, and called upon the name of the LORD.

OST ⁸ Et il passa de là vers la montagne, à l'orient de Béthel, et il tendit ses tentes, ayant Béthel à l'Occident, et Aï à l'Orient. Et il bâtit là un autel à l'Éternel, et invoqua le nom de l'Éternel.
