DRB ⁶ Et Abram passa au travers du pays, jusqu'au lieu de Sichem, jusqu'au chêne* de Moré.

KJV ⁶ And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land.

LSG ⁶ Abram parcourut le pays jusqu'au lieu nommé Sichem, jusqu'aux chênes de Moré. Les Cananéens étaient alors dans le pays.

VULC ⁶ pertransivit Abram terram usque ad locum Sichem, usque ad convallem illustrem : Chananæus autem tunc erat in terra.

WLC ⁶ וַיַּעֲבֹ֤ר אַבְרָם֙ בָּאָ֔רֶץ עַ֚ד מְק֣וֹם שְׁכֶ֔ם עַ֖ד אֵל֣וֹן מוֹרֶ֑ה וְהַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י אָ֥ז בָּאָֽרֶץ׃

DRB ⁷ Et le Cananéen était alors dans le pays. Et l'Éternel apparut à Abram, et dit : Je donnerai ce pays à ta semence. Et [Abram] bâtit là un autel à l'Éternel, qui lui était apparu.

KJV ⁷ And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.

LSG ⁷ L'Éternel apparut à Abram, et dit: Je donnerai ce pays à ta postérité. Et Abram bâtit là un autel à l'Éternel, qui lui était apparu.

VULC ⁷ Apparuit autem Dominus Abram, et dixit ei : Semini tuo dabo terram hanc. Qui ædificavit ibi altare Domino, qui apparuerat ei.

WLC ⁷ וַיֵּרָ֤א יְהוָה֙ אֶל־ אַבְרָ֔ם וַיֹּ֕אמֶר לְזַ֨רְעֲךָ֔ אֶתֵּ֖ן אֶת־ הָאָ֣רֶץ הַזֹּ֑את וַיִּ֤בֶן שָׁם֙ מִזְבֵּ֔חַ לַיהוָ֖ה הַנִּרְאֶ֥ה אֵלָֽיו׃

DRB ⁸ Et il se transporta de là vers la montagne, à l'orient de Béthel, et tendit sa tente, [ayant] Béthel à l'occident et Aï à l'orient ; et il bâtit là un autel à l'Éternel et invoqua le nom de l'Éternel.

KJV ⁸ And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto the LORD, and called upon the name of the LORD.

LSG ⁸ Il se transporta de là vers la montagne, à l'orient de Béthel, et il dressa ses tentes, ayant Béthel à l'occident et Aï à l'orient. Il bâtit encore là un autel à l'Éternel, et il invoqua le nom de l'Éternel.

VULC ⁸ Et inde transgrediens ad montem, qui erat contra orientem Bethel, tetendit ibi tabernaculum suum, ab occidente habens Bethel, et ab oriente Hai : ædificavit quoque ibi altare Domino, et invocavit nomen ejus.

WLC ⁸ וַיַּעְתֵּ֨ק מִשָּׁ֜ם הָהָ֗רָה מִקֶּ֛דֶם לְבֵֽית־ אֵ֖ל וַיֵּ֣ט אָהֳלֹ֑ה בֵּֽית־ אֵ֤ל מִיָּם֙ וְהָעַ֣י מִקֶּ֔דֶם וַיִּֽבֶן־ שָׁ֤ם מִזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה וַיִּקְרָ֖א בְּשֵׁ֥ם יְהוָֽה׃

DRB ⁹ Et Abram partit, marchant et allant vers le midi*.

KJV ⁹ And Abram journeyed, going on still toward the south.

LSG ⁹ Abram continua ses marches, en s'avançant vers le midi.

VULC ⁹ Perrexitque Abram vadens, et ultra progrediens ad meridiem.
