BCC ¹⁵ Sachant donc qu'ils allaient venir l'enlever pour le faire roi, Jésus se retira de nouveau, seul, sur la montagne.

KJV ¹⁵ When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone.

BCC ¹⁶ Le soir venu, les disciples descendirent au bord de la mer ;

KJV ¹⁶ And when even was now come, his disciples went down unto the sea,

BCC ¹⁷ Et étant montés dans une barque, ils traversaient la mer dans la direction de Capharnaüm. Il faisait déjà nuit, et Jésus ne les avait pas encore rejoints.

KJV ¹⁷ And entered into a ship, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus was not come to them.

BCC ¹⁸ Cependant la mer soulevée par un grand vent, était agitée.

KJV ¹⁸ And the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew.

BCC ¹⁹ Quand ils eurent ramé environ vingt-cinq à trente stades, ils virent Jésus marchant sur la mer et s'approchant de la barque, et ils eurent peur.

KJV ¹⁹ So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid.

BCC ²⁰ Mais il leur dit : "C'est moi, ne craignez point."

KJV ²⁰ But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid.

BCC ²¹ Ils voulurent donc le prendre dans la barque, et aussitôt, la barque se trouva au lieu où ils allaient.

KJV ²¹ Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went.
