DRB ¹⁴ Et quand vous verrez l'abomination de la désolation* établie où elle ne doit pas être (que celui qui lit comprenne), alors que ceux qui sont en Judée s'enfuient dans les montagnes ;

KJV ¹⁶ And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

DRB ¹⁷ Mais malheur à celles qui sont enceintes et à celles qui allaitent en ces jours-là !

KJV ¹⁷ But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

DRB ¹⁸ Et priez que [cela] n'ait pas lieu en hiver ;

KJV ¹⁸ And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

DRB ¹⁹ car ces jours-là seront une tribulation telle qu'il n'y en a point eu de semblable depuis le commencement de la création que Dieu a créée, jusqu'à maintenant, et qu'il n'y en aura jamais.

KJV ¹⁹ For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

DRB ²⁰ Et si le *Seigneur n'eût abrégé ces jours, nulle chair n'eût été sauvée ; mais à cause des élus qu'il a élus, il a abrégé les jours.

KJV ²⁰ And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

KJV ²¹ And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

DRB ²² Car il s'élèvera de faux christs et de faux prophètes ; et ils montreront des signes et des prodiges, pour séduire, si possible, même les élus.

KJV ²² For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

DRB ²³ Mais vous, soyez sur vos gardes ! voici, je vous ai tout dit à l'avance.

KJV ²³ But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.
