BCC ²⁴ Moïse sortit et rapporta au peuple les paroles de Yahweh, et il assembla soixante-dix hommes des anciens du peuple et les plaça autour de la tente.

KJV ²⁴ And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

WLC ²⁴ וַיֵּצֵ֣א מֹשֶׁ֗ה וַיְדַבֵּר֙ אֶל־ הָעָ֔ם אֵ֖ת דִּבְרֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיֶּאֱסֹ֞ף שִׁבְעִ֥ים אִישׁ֙ מִזִּקְנֵ֣י הָעָ֔ם וַֽיַּעֲמֵ֥ד אֹתָ֖ם סְבִיבֹ֥ת הָאֹֽהֶל׃

BCC ²⁵ Yahweh descendit dans la nuée et parla à Moïse ; il prit de l'esprit qui était sur lui et le mit sur les soixante-dix anciens ; et, dès que l'esprit reposa sur eux, ils prophétisèrent ; mais ils ne continuèrent pas.

KJV ²⁵ And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

WLC ²⁵ וַיֵּ֨רֶד יְהוָ֥ה ׀ בֶּעָנָן֮ וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר אֵלָיו֒ וַיָּ֗אצֶל מִן־ הָר֙וּחַ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלָ֔יו וַיִּתֵּ֕ן עַל־ שִׁבְעִ֥ים אִ֖ישׁ הַזְּקֵנִ֑ים וַיְהִ֗י כְּנ֤וֹחַ עֲלֵיהֶם֙ הָר֔וּחַ וַיִּֽתְנַבְּא֖וּ וְלֹ֥א יָסָֽפוּ׃

BCC ²⁶ Deux hommes, l'un nommé Eldad, et l'autre Médad, étaient restés dans le camp, et l'esprit reposa aussi sur eux ; ils étaient parmi les inscrits, mais ils ne s'étaient pas rendus à la tente ; et ils prophétisèrent dans le camp.

KJV ²⁶ But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

WLC ²⁶ וַיִּשָּׁאֲר֣וּ שְׁנֵֽי־ אֲנָשִׁ֣ים ׀ בַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֡ה שֵׁ֣ם הָאֶחָ֣ד ׀ אֶלְדָּ֡ד וְשֵׁם֩ הַשֵּׁנִ֨י מֵידָ֜ד וַתָּ֧נַח עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם הָר֗וּחַ וְהֵ֙מָּה֙ בַּכְּתֻבִ֔ים וְלֹ֥א יָצְא֖וּ הָאֹ֑הֱלָה וַיִּֽתְנַבְּא֖וּ בַּֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

BCC ²⁷ Un jeune garçon courut l'annoncer à Moïse, en disant "Eldad et Médad prophétisent dans le camp."

KJV ²⁷ And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

WLC ²⁷ וַיָּ֣רָץ הַנַּ֔עַר וַיַּגֵּ֥ד לְמֹשֶׁ֖ה וַיֹּאמַ֑ר אֶלְדָּ֣ד וּמֵידָ֔ד מִֽתְנַבְּאִ֖ים בַּֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃

BCC ²⁸ Aussitôt Josué, fils de Nun, serviteur de Moïse depuis sa jeunesse, prenant la parole dit : "Moïse, mon seigneur, empêche-les."

KJV ²⁸ And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

WLC ²⁸ וַיַּ֜עַן יְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ בִּן־ נ֗וּן מְשָׁרֵ֥ת מֹשֶׁ֛ה מִבְּחֻרָ֖יו וַיֹּאמַ֑ר אֲדֹנִ֥י מֹשֶׁ֖ה כְּלָאֵֽם׃

BCC ²⁹ Moïse lui répondit : "es-tu donc jaloux pour moi ? Plût à Dieu que tout le peuple de Yahweh fût prophète, et que Yahweh mit son esprit sur eux !"

KJV ²⁹ And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD's people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

WLC ²⁹ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לוֹ֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה הַֽמְקַנֵּ֥א אַתָּ֖ה לִ֑י וּמִ֨י יִתֵּ֜ן כָּל־ עַ֤ם יְהוָה֙ נְבִיאִ֔ים כִּי־ יִתֵּ֧ן יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־ רוּח֖וֹ עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃

BCC ³⁰ Et Moïse se retira dans le camp, lui et les anciens d'Israël.

KJV ³⁰ And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.

WLC ³⁰ וַיֵּאָסֵ֥ף מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־ הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה ה֖וּא וְזִקְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
