BAN ¹ En vérité, en vérité, je vous le dis : Celui qui n'entre pas par la porte dans le bercail des brebis, mais qui y monte par ailleurs, est un voleur et un brigand.

KJV ¹ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

BAN ² Mais celui qui entre par la porte est un berger des brebis.

KJV ² But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

BAN ³ Le portier lui ouvre, et les brebis entendent sa voix, et il appelle par leur nom ses propres brebis, et les mène dehors.

KJV ³ To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

BAN ⁴ Quand il a fait sortir toutes ses propres brebis, il marche devant elles, et les brebis le suivent, parce qu'elles connaissent sa voix.

KJV ⁴ And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

BAN ⁵ Mais elles ne suivront point un étranger ; au contraire, elles fuiront loin de lui, parce qu'elles ne connaissent point la voix des étrangers.

KJV ⁵ And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

BAN ⁶ Jésus leur dit cette similitude ; mais ils ne comprirent point quelles étaient les choses dont il leur parlait.

KJV ⁶ This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

BAN ⁷ Jésus leur dit donc encore: En vérité, en vérité, je vous le dis, je suis la porte des brebis.

KJV ⁷ Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

BAN ⁸ Tous ceux qui sont venus avant moi sont des voleurs et des brigands ; mais les brebis ne les ont point écoutés.

KJV ⁸ All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

BAN ⁹ Je suis la porte. Si quelqu'un entre par moi, il sera sauvé ; et il entrera et sortira, et trouvera de la pâture.

KJV ⁹ I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

BAN ¹⁰ Le voleur ne vient que pour dérober, et pour tuer et pour détruire ; moi, je suis venu afin que les brebis aient la vie, et qu'elles l'aient en abondance.

KJV ¹⁰ The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

BAN ¹¹ Je suis le bon berger ; le bon berger donne sa vie pour ses brebis.

KJV ¹¹ I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

BAN ¹² Mais le mercenaire, qui n'est point un berger, et à qui les brebis n'appartiennent pas en propre, voit venir le loup et abandonne les brebis et s'enfuit ; et le loup les ravit et les disperse.

KJV ¹² But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

BAN ¹³ Le mercenaire s'enfuit, parce qu'il est mercenaire, et qu'il ne se soucie point des brebis.

KJV ¹³ The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

BAN ¹⁴ Moi je suis le bon berger, et je connais mes brebis, et mes brebis me connaissent,

KJV ¹⁴ I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

BAN ¹⁵ comme le Père me connaît, et que je connais le Père ; et je donne ma vie pour mes brebis.

KJV ¹⁵ As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

BAN ¹⁶ J'ai encore d'autres brebis qui ne sont pas de ce bercail ; celles-là aussi, il faut que je les amène ; et elles entendront ma voix, et il y aura un seul troupeau, un seul berger.

KJV ¹⁶ And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

BAN ¹⁷ C'est pour cela que le Père m'aime, parce que je donne ma vie, afin de la reprendre.

KJV ¹⁷ Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

BAN ¹⁸ Personne ne me l'ôte, mais je la donne de moi-même ; j'ai le pouvoir de la donner, et j'ai le pouvoir de la reprendre ; tel est l'ordre que j'ai reçu de mon Père.

KJV ¹⁸ No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
