«Recherchez-moi!»
Je te recherche, Eternel!

KJV ⁹ Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

ne repousse pas avec colère ton serviteur!
Tu es mon secours: ne me laisse pas, ne m'abandonne pas,
Dieu de mon salut!

l'Eternel m'accueillera.

conduis-moi dans le sentier de la droiture,
à cause de mes ennemis.

KJV ¹² Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

S21 ¹² Ne me livre pas à la merci de mes adversaires,
car de faux témoins s'attaquent à moi,
des hommes qui ne respirent que la violence.

KJV ¹³ I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

S21 ¹³ Oh! si je n'étais pas sûr de voir la bonté de l'Eternel
au pays des vivants…

KJV ¹⁴ Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Fortifie-toi et que ton cœur s'affermisse!
