S21 ¹ Six jours après, Jésus prit avec lui Pierre, Jacques et son frère Jean, et il les conduisit à l'écart sur une haute montagne.

KJV ² And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

S21 ² Il fut transfiguré devant eux; son visage resplendit comme le soleil et ses vêtements devinrent blancs comme la lumière.

KJV ³ And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

S21 ³ Et voici que Moïse et Elie leur apparurent; ils s'entretenaient avec lui.

KJV ⁴ Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

S21 ⁴ Pierre prit la parole et dit à Jésus: «Seigneur, il est bon que nous soyons ici. Si tu le veux, faisons ici trois abris: un pour toi, un pour Moïse et un pour Elie.»

KJV ⁵ While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

S21 ⁵ Comme il parlait encore, une nuée lumineuse les couvrit. De la nuée une voix fit entendre ces paroles: «Celui-ci est mon Fils bien-aimé, qui a toute mon approbation: écoutez-le!»

KJV ⁶ And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.

S21 ⁶ Lorsqu'ils entendirent cette voix, les disciples tombèrent le visage contre terre et furent saisis d'une grande frayeur.

KJV ⁷ And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.

S21 ⁷ Mais Jésus s'approcha d'eux, les toucha et dit: «Levez-vous, n'ayez pas peur!»

KJV ⁸ And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.

S21 ⁸ Ils levèrent les yeux et ne virent plus que Jésus seul.

KJV ⁹ And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

S21 ⁹ Comme ils descendaient de la montagne, Jésus leur donna cet ordre: «Ne parlez à personne de ce que vous avez vu jusqu'à ce que le Fils de l'homme soit ressuscité.»

KJV ¹⁰ And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?

S21 ¹⁰ Les disciples lui posèrent cette question: «Pourquoi donc les spécialistes de la loi disent-ils qu'Elie doit venir d'abord?»

KJV ¹¹ And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

S21 ¹¹ Jésus leur répondit: «Il est vrai qu'Elie doit venir [d'abord] et rétablir toutes choses,

KJV ¹² But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

S21 ¹² mais je vous le dis: Elie est déjà venu, ils ne l'ont pas reconnu et ils l'ont traité comme ils ont voulu. De même le Fils de l'homme souffrira de leur part.»

KJV ¹³ Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

S21 ¹³ Les disciples comprirent alors qu'il leur parlait de Jean-Baptiste.

KJV ¹⁴ And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying,

S21 ¹⁴ Lorsqu'ils furent arrivés près de la foule, un homme vint se jeter à genoux devant Jésus et dit:

KJV ¹⁵ Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.

S21 ¹⁵ «Seigneur, aie pitié de mon fils qui est épileptique et qui souffre cruellement; il tombe souvent dans le feu ou dans l'eau.

KJV ¹⁶ And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.

S21 ¹⁶ Je l'ai amené à tes disciples et ils n'ont pas pu le guérir.»

KJV ¹⁷ Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.

S21 ¹⁷ «Génération incrédule et perverse, répondit Jésus, jusqu'à quand serai-je avec vous? Jusqu'à quand devrai-je vous supporter? Amenez-le-moi ici.»

KJV ¹⁸ And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.

S21 ¹⁸ Jésus menaça le démon, qui sortit de l'enfant, et celui-ci fut guéri à partir de ce moment-là.

KJV ¹⁹ Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?

S21 ¹⁹ Alors les disciples s'approchèrent de Jésus et lui dirent en privé: «Pourquoi n'avons-nous pas pu chasser ce démon?»

KJV ²⁰ And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

S21 ²⁰ «C'est parce que vous manquez de foi, leur dit Jésus. Je vous le dis en vérité, si vous aviez de la foi comme un grain de moutarde, vous diriez à cette montagne: ‘Déplace-toi d'ici jusque-là', et elle se déplacerait; rien ne vous serait impossible.

KJV ²¹ Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

S21 ²¹ [Cependant, cette sorte de démon ne sort que par la prière et par le jeûne.]»

KJV ²² And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:

S21 ²² Pendant qu'ils parcouraient la Galilée, Jésus leur dit: «Le Fils de l'homme doit être livré entre les mains des hommes;

KJV ²³ And they shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again. And they were exceeding sorry.

S21 ²³ ils le feront mourir et le troisième jour il ressuscitera.» Ils furent profondément attristés.

KJV ²⁴ And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?

S21 ²⁴ Lorsqu'ils arrivèrent à Capernaüm, ceux qui percevaient l'impôt annuel s'approchèrent de Pierre et lui dirent: «Votre maître ne paie-t-il pas l'impôt annuel?»

KJV ²⁵ He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?

S21 ²⁵ «Si», dit-il.
Quand il fut entré dans la maison, Jésus prit les devants et dit: «Qu'en penses-tu, Simon? Les rois de la terre, de qui perçoivent-ils des taxes ou des impôts? De leurs fils ou des étrangers?»

KJV ²⁶ Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free.

S21 ²⁶ Il lui dit: «Des étrangers.»
Jésus lui répondit: «Les fils en sont donc exemptés.

KJV ²⁷ Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

S21 ²⁷ Cependant, pour ne pas les choquer, va au lac, jette l'hameçon et tire le premier poisson qui viendra; ouvre-lui la bouche et tu trouveras de l'argent. Prends-le et donne-le-leur pour moi et pour toi.»

KJV ¹ At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

S21 ¹ A ce moment-là, les disciples s'approchèrent de Jésus et dirent: «Qui donc est le plus grand dans le royaume des cieux?»

KJV ² And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,

S21 ² Jésus appela un petit enfant, le plaça au milieu d'eux

KJV ³ And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

S21 ³ et dit: «Je vous le dis en vérité, si vous ne vous convertissez pas et si vous ne devenez pas comme les petits enfants, vous n'entrerez pas dans le royaume des cieux.

KJV ⁴ Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

S21 ⁴ C'est pourquoi, celui qui se rendra humble comme ce petit enfant sera le plus grand dans le royaume des cieux,

KJV ⁵ And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

S21 ⁵ et celui qui accueille en mon nom un petit enfant comme celui-ci m'accueille moi-même.

KJV ⁶ But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

S21 ⁶ Mais si quelqu'un fait trébucher un seul de ces petits qui croient en moi, il vaudrait mieux pour lui qu'on suspende à son cou une meule de moulin et qu'on le jette au fond de la mer.

KJV ⁷ Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

S21 ⁷ »Malheur au monde à cause des pièges! Les pièges sont inévitables, mais malheur à l'homme qui en est responsable!

KJV ⁸ Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

S21 ⁸ Si ta main ou ton pied te poussent à mal agir, coupe-les et jette-les loin de toi. Mieux vaut pour toi entrer dans la vie boiteux ou manchot que d'avoir deux pieds ou deux mains et d'être jeté dans le feu éternel.

KJV ⁹ And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

S21 ⁹ Et si ton œil te pousse à mal agir, arrache-le et jette-le loin de toi. Mieux vaut pour toi entrer dans la vie avec un seul œil que d'avoir deux yeux et d'être jeté dans l'enfer de feu.

KJV ¹⁰ Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

S21 ¹⁰ »Faites bien attention de ne pas mépriser un seul de ces petits, car je vous dis que leurs anges dans le ciel sont continuellement en présence de mon Père céleste.

KJV ¹¹ For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

S21 ¹¹ [En effet, le Fils de l'homme est venu sauver ce qui était perdu.]

KJV ¹² How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

S21 ¹² »Qu'en pensez-vous? Si un homme a 100 brebis et que l'une d'elles se perde, ne laisse-t-il pas les 99 autres sur les montagnes pour aller chercher celle qui s'est perdue?

KJV ¹³ And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

S21 ¹³ Et s'il la trouve, je vous le dis en vérité, il en a plus de joie que des 99 qui ne se sont pas perdues.

KJV ¹⁴ Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

S21 ¹⁴ De même, ce n'est pas la volonté de votre Père céleste qu'il se perde un seul de ces petits.

KJV ¹⁵ Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

S21 ¹⁵ »Si ton frère a péché [contre toi], va et reprends-le seul à seul. S'il t'écoute, tu as gagné ton frère.

KJV ¹⁶ But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

S21 ¹⁶ Mais s'il ne t'écoute pas, prends avec toi une ou deux personnes, afin que toute l'affaire se règle sur la déclaration de deux ou de trois témoins.

KJV ¹⁷ And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

S21 ¹⁷ S'il refuse de les écouter, dis-le à l'Eglise; et s'il refuse aussi d'écouter l'Eglise, qu'il soit à tes yeux comme le membre d'un autre peuple et le collecteur d'impôts.

KJV ¹⁸ Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

S21 ¹⁸ Je vous le dis en vérité, tout ce que vous lierez sur la terre aura été lié au ciel et tout ce que vous délierez sur la terre aura été délié au ciel.

KJV ¹⁹ Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

S21 ¹⁹ »Je vous dis encore que si deux d'entre vous s'accordent sur la terre pour demander quoi que ce soit, cela leur sera accordé par mon Père céleste.

KJV ²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

S21 ²⁰ En effet, là où deux ou trois sont rassemblés en mon nom, je suis au milieu d'eux.»

KJV ²¹ Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

S21 ²¹ Alors Pierre s'approcha de Jésus et lui dit: «Seigneur, combien de fois pardonnerai-je à mon frère, lorsqu'il péchera contre moi? Est-ce que ce sera jusqu'à 7 fois?»

KJV ²² Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

S21 ²² Jésus lui dit: «Je ne te dis pas jusqu'à 7 fois, mais jusqu'à 70 fois 7 fois.

KJV ²³ Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.

S21 ²³ »C'est pourquoi, le royaume des cieux ressemble à un roi qui voulut régler ses comptes avec ses serviteurs.

KJV ²⁴ And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.

S21 ²⁴ Quand il se mit à l'œuvre, on lui en amena un qui devait 10'000 sacs d'argent.

KJV ²⁵ But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

S21 ²⁵ Comme il n'avait pas de quoi payer, son maître ordonna de le vendre, lui, sa femme, ses enfants et tout ce qu'il avait, afin d'être remboursé de cette dette.

KJV ²⁶ The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

S21 ²⁶ Le serviteur se jeta par terre et se prosterna devant lui en disant: ‘[Seigneur,] prends patience envers moi et je te paierai tout.'

KJV ²⁷ Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.

S21 ²⁷ Rempli de compassion, le maître de ce serviteur le laissa partir et lui remit la dette.

KJV ²⁸ But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.

S21 ²⁸ Une fois sorti, ce serviteur rencontra un de ses compagnons qui lui devait 100 pièces d'argent. Il l'attrapa à la gorge et se mit à l'étrangler en disant: ‘Paie ce que tu me dois.'

KJV ²⁹ And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

S21 ²⁹ Son compagnon tomba [à ses pieds] en le suppliant: ‘Prends patience envers moi et je te paierai.'

KJV ³⁰ And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.

S21 ³⁰ Mais l'autre ne voulut pas et alla le faire jeter en prison jusqu'à ce qu'il ait payé ce qu'il devait.

KJV ³¹ So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.

S21 ³¹ A la vue de ce qui était arrivé, ses compagnons furent profondément attristés, et ils allèrent raconter à leur maître tout ce qui s'était passé.

KJV ³² Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:

S21 ³² Alors le maître fit appeler ce serviteur et lui dit: ‘Méchant serviteur, je t'avais remis en entier ta dette parce que tu m'en avais supplié.

KJV ³³ Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

S21 ³³ Ne devais-tu pas, toi aussi, avoir pitié de ton compagnon comme j'ai eu pitié de toi?'

KJV ³⁴ And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

S21 ³⁴ Et son maître, irrité, le livra aux bourreaux jusqu'à ce qu'il ait payé tout ce qu'il devait.

KJV ³⁵ So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

S21 ³⁵ C'est ainsi que mon Père céleste vous traitera, si chacun de vous ne pardonne pas à son frère de tout son cœur.»

KJV ¹ And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan;

S21 ¹ Lorsque Jésus eut fini de prononcer ces paroles, il quitta la Galilée et alla dans le territoire de la Judée, de l'autre côté du Jourdain.

KJV ² And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.

KJV ³ The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

KJV ⁴ And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

S21 ⁴ Il répondit: «N'avez-vous pas lu que le Créateur, au commencement, a fait l'homme et la femme 

KJV ⁵ And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

S21 ⁵ et qu'il a dit: C'est pourquoi l'homme quittera son père et sa mère et s'attachera à sa femme, et les deux ne feront qu'un ?

KJV ⁶ Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

S21 ⁶ Ainsi, ils ne sont plus deux mais ne font qu'un. Que l'homme ne sépare donc pas ce que Dieu a uni.»

KJV ⁷ They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

S21 ⁷ «Pourquoi donc, lui dirent-ils, Moïse a-t-il prescrit de donner une lettre de divorce à la femme lorsqu'on la renvoie?»

KJV ⁸ He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

S21 ⁸ Il leur répondit: «C'est à cause de la dureté de votre cœur que Moïse vous a permis de divorcer de vos femmes; au commencement, ce n'était pas le cas.

KJV ⁹ And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

S21 ⁹ Mais je vous le dis, celui qui renvoie sa femme, sauf pour cause d'infidélité, et qui en épouse une autre commet un adultère, [et celui qui épouse une femme divorcée commet un adultère].»

KJV ¹⁰ His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

S21 ¹⁰ Ses disciples lui dirent: «Si telle est la condition de l'homme vis-à-vis de la femme, il vaut mieux ne pas se marier.»

KJV ¹¹ But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

S21 ¹¹ Il leur répondit: «Tous ne comprennent pas cette parole, mais seulement ceux à qui cela est donné.

KJV ¹² For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

S21 ¹² En effet, il y a des eunuques qui le sont dès le ventre de leur mère, d'autres le sont devenus par les hommes, et il y en a qui se sont faits eux-mêmes eunuques à cause du royaume des cieux. Que celui qui peut comprendre comprenne.»

KJV ¹³ Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

S21 ¹³ Alors des gens lui amenèrent des petits enfants afin qu'il pose les mains sur eux et prie pour eux. Mais les disciples leur firent des reproches.

KJV ¹⁴ But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

S21 ¹⁴ Jésus dit: «Laissez les petits enfants, ne les empêchez pas de venir à moi, car le royaume des cieux est pour ceux qui leur ressemblent.»

KJV ¹⁵ And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

S21 ¹⁵ Il posa les mains sur eux et partit de là.

KJV ¹⁶ And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

S21 ¹⁶ Un homme s'approcha et dit à Jésus: «[Bon] Maître, que dois-je faire de bon pour avoir la vie éternelle?»

KJV ¹⁷ And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

S21 ¹⁷ Il lui répondit: «Pourquoi m'appelles-tu bon? Personne n'est bon, si ce n'est Dieu seul. Si tu veux entrer dans la vie, respecte les commandements.»
«Lesquels?» lui dit-il.

KJV ¹⁸ He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

S21 ¹⁸ Et Jésus répondit: «Tu ne commettras pas de meurtre; tu ne commettras pas d'adultère; tu ne commettras pas de vol; tu ne porteras pas de faux témoignage;

KJV ¹⁹ Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

S21 ¹⁹ honore ton père et ta mère et tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même.»

KJV ²⁰ The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

S21 ²⁰ Le jeune homme lui dit: «J'ai respecté tous ces commandements [dès ma jeunesse]. Que me manque-t-il encore?»

KJV ²¹ Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

S21 ²¹ Jésus lui dit: «Si tu veux être parfait, va vendre ce que tu possèdes, donne-le aux pauvres et tu auras un trésor dans le ciel. Puis viens et suis-moi.»

KJV ²² But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

S21 ²² Lorsqu'il entendit cette parole, le jeune homme s'en alla tout triste, car il avait de grands biens.

KJV ²³ Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

S21 ²³ Jésus dit à ses disciples: «Je vous le dis en vérité, il est difficile à un riche d'entrer dans le royaume des cieux.

KJV ²⁴ And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

S21 ²⁴ Je vous le dis encore, il est plus facile à un chameau de passer par un trou d'aiguille qu'à un riche d'entrer dans le royaume de Dieu.»

KJV ²⁵ When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

S21 ²⁵ Quand les disciples entendirent cela, ils furent très étonnés et dirent: «Qui peut donc être sauvé?»

KJV ²⁶ But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

S21 ²⁶ Jésus les regarda et leur dit: «Aux hommes cela est impossible, mais à Dieu tout est possible.»

KJV ²⁸ And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

S21 ²⁸ Jésus leur répondit: «Je vous le dis en vérité, quand le Fils de l'homme, au renouvellement de toutes choses, sera assis sur son trône de gloire, vous qui m'avez suivi, vous serez de même assis sur douze trônes et vous jugerez les douze tribus d'Israël.

KJV ²⁹ And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

S21 ²⁹ Et toute personne qui aura quitté à cause de moi ses maisons ou ses frères, ses sœurs, son père, sa mère, sa femme, ses enfants ou ses terres, recevra le centuple et héritera de la vie éternelle.

KJV ³⁰ But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.
